Sunset Lounge Mix - Karrie-Anne and Brent's Bali Wedding

I first got into electronic music in the late 90s with Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Leftfield, Underworld and FSOL. 
I always was an avid reader of Mixmag and DJ Mag, and eventually saved up enough money to get my own set of the Vestax turntables that I would always be eyeing at the back of those magazines in the classified section.
At first I loved DJing the bouncy basslines of Speed Garage...and twiddling the eq knobs during dramatic Technotrance buildups....and as time went on I continued to collect a wide range of vinyl and play at private parties for several years, well into the DnB Explosion of the early 2000s
I continued to DJ for fun in my free time, and but took a course at SAE to improve my production skills and gain a new respect and appreciation for music as a whole.

Insert one fateful party where the table collapsed and my decks were smash ruined.....=(

Fast Forward 8 years to 2011 when I decided to try out this Digital DJing stuff with an investment into Pioneer's DDJ-T1 and a Macbook Pro.

And the rest is as you have it here!

I am still exploring many different genres and am not sure if I will ever settle down and focus on just one. But hopefully this soundcloud account of mine can showcase what I am capable of, and what I am willing to try.
