La déferlante des groupes estampillés « post French Touch » n’en finit pas et accueille dans ses rangs une jeune nouvelle recrue : Christine, révélation de l’édition 2011 du Printemps de Bourges.
Derrière Christine, référence et clin d’œil à Stephan King et au maître du cinéma fantastique John Carpenter, se cachent le duo Rouennais de Dj’s Français, Aeon Seven (Stéphane) et Kunst Throw (Nicolas). Les deux compères nous livrent une musique électro-rock décomplexée, caractérisée par des beats virulents et uniques. Car c’est là toute la particularité de Christine que de privilégier des créations originales et de limiter l’utilisation des samples à leur strict minimum : « non, nous c’est pas du « mash-up »… c’est pas du collage, c’est des morceaux qu’on a composé ! A part quelques samples obscures, on fait en sorte que personne ne les reconnaisse » affirme Brigitte dans son entrevue accordée au blog iMusic-School (http://www.imusic-school.com/blog/2011/04/23/christine/. Christine délaisse d’ailleurs les platines au profit des ordinateurs et ses logiciels de M.A.O., avec plusieurs incrustations de véritables instruments (piano, violon).

 Behind Christine, reference and nod to Stephen King and master of fantasy films John Carpenter, hiding the duo of Dj's French Rouen, Aeon Seven (Stephane) and Kunst Throw (Nicolas). The two friends deliver a music uninhibited electro-rock, characterized by virulent and unique beats. Because that's where all the particularity of Christine than focusing original creations and limit the use of samples to a minimum, "No, we is not the" mash-up "... this is not collage is composed of pieces that! Boys Noize & Erol Alkan- 'Lemonade'

Turbo overlord Tiga unleashes his hit single "Plush" on 12" vinyl. Featuring remixes by I:Cube and Jacques Lu Cont.

Tiga's latest hit single was co-produced by Matthew Dear, starting as a freeform jam session and ending as something that works equally well as an underground club anthem and literally everybody’s track of the year. It also features what Tiga is privately calling his greatest vocal performance to date.

As is the custom in contemporary dance music, Tiga handpicked and handpaid French Touch legend I:Cube and UK superproducer Jacques Lu Cont to create two remixes of the new track. I:Cube gets all French and handsy with the original, tweaking out an acid blackout soundtrack. Meanwhile, Lu Cont draws on his alleged stint as Madonna's choreographer to pump up the tempo for the biggest rooms you could possibly imagine.
 
“This song comes 100% from a universe 1000% my own. I don’t mind being thought of as ‘The Different Guy,’ so long as all the right people love me," says the Turbo Man-O-War. "And they do, because it’s their right to be right all night, a’ight?”
