Presenting 'Rever', the first and title-track from Haquin’s debut EP on @outtallectuals and a collaboration with Atlantan rapper, @iamsirbishop, blending the producer's unique nature-inspired sound with conscious lyricism.

The 4-track EP combines Haquin's multi-layered & organic beats with a number of vocalists, starting with the rhymes of Atlantan rapper on the title track, 'Rever', Ellie McCracken on 'Confinement', and @sound-eyera on the more positive and epiphanic score, 'Indwelling'. The EP also features two highly-emotive and introspective instrumental productions, 'Memories' & 'The Deep'.
 
Full digital release on the 16th of April.

Rêver - EP

Rêver ft. Sir Bishop [OUTTA042]

Presenting 'Indwelling', my collaboration with @sound-eyera as a part of 'Rêver EP' being released 16th of April. This piece started out as a heart felt improvisation on my family's old piano which Eyera's lyrics and ethereal melodies helped transform into a relaxing and healing soundscape.

Presenting 'Oasi'; a collaboration between the multi-instrumental & world-music-influenced downtempo producers, Haquin & Lo.Renzo. The song envisions the mirage of a thick forest, as hallucinated through heat-stricken adventures in deserts in search of an oasis.

Taken from an EP inspired by a visit to Japan, ‘A Glimpse Over The Mountain’ is an ode to the first view of Mount Fuji, one of the 'Three Holy Mountains' (Sanreizan) of Japan. Haquin takes us on an upwards expedition with epic builds, cinematic multi-instrumental layering, hard-hitting drops & an overall euphoric and triumphant feeling upon summit.
