Full of gratitude to have been invited to play and party on the lands of the Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung Nations to celebrate Naarms' Midsummer Carnival. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging, and during these times of celebration we acknowledge the continued resilience of First Nation peoples in the face of ongoing colonisation and settlement. I acknowledge sovereignty was never ceded, and a treaty was never signed. Always was. Always will be.
