ALBUM MEANING:
Lowlight Magic by DROPLITZ is a bass music voyage to the bottom of the soul’s ocean to transmute dark energies into magic. Only through embracing the full spectrum of emotion, do you become buoyant enough to rise from the lowlight and stay afloat.

This twenty two song flood will wash away worries and replace them with dreams. It’s magical! Ethos of personal transformation drift through every song as the underlying motif. Both albums embody wave and trap music primarily with distinct splashes of phonk, deep dubstep, and future garage for an impactful downtempo journey.

Together Lowlight Magic is a story about transformation and achieving inner peace. Lowlight Magic reveals the dichotomy between the heart and mind. As stand-alone albums, “Lowlight LP” is symbolic of the heart and the “Magic LP” reflects the mind. The entire experience is filled to the brim with meaningful quotes, aquatic harmonies, danceable beats, and liquid bass lines suspended in an underwater, urban setting.

RELEASE DATE SIGNIFICANCE:
The release date is a profound and special time of the year. 11.22.2022 was strategically chosen through intuition back in April of 2022. Lowlight Magic being released on this date with angel numbers 1’s and 2’s allows manifestation and balance to potentially bless the listener. November, is when winter hits, when the seasonal sadness hits, when the cold hits, when the eclipse can happen, when the people begin to grow tired as the days grow shorter and darker. Lowlight Magic is to give way to the space needed during these melancholy times.
