Jamaican Funk (Disco Tech Rework)

The Memory Notes are a band devoted to the late '70s and early '80s disco sound. Their dedication results in records with great songs that wouldn't have sounded out of place at the Loft or the Paradise Garage.

'Follow the Sun' is an up-tempo feel good disco anthem featuring vocals from Diane Charlemagne. Rhythmic guitar riffs, piano, vibes and brass stabs ride over a funky bass line and punchy drums. Jon Scott provides a distinctive trumpet solo over the middle eight.
