Welcome and a Little Introduction

I've been living with a chronic illness since 2003 and realized that there are so many of us that suffer.  We are continually trying to navigate life when our body decides to spin our world around, sometimes quite literally.  I started this podcast to try to lift up others who feel lost and very alone due to chronic illness.  We are not alone.  We are in this together.
