Art Immured is the pseudonym of a Gothic writer/poet who was born in the southern United States and raised traveling and living primarily in the American midwest. He attended schools in Florida, Texas, Montana, Minnesota, Idaho, Michigan, and Arkansas with a brief time spent abroad in Argentina. He speaks English and Spanish fluently and knows enough words and phrases in German and Bulgarian to get himself into trouble, though he is nearly two full meters tall and weighs roughly twenty stones, so trouble often avoids him...

He is fond of Classic Literature and books by Joe Hill, Brom, and Neil Gaiman. He has a penchant for pin-up and burlesque models and art, classic hearses, top hats, canes, and plague masks. He is a connoisseur of Scotch and a lover of music - especially metal and jazz. His favorite director is Tim Burton, his favorite painters are Luis Royo and Hajime Sorayama. He used to smell like clove cigarettes but decided he preferred the diverse flavors of food to the soothing cool of a smoke. He is the survivor of a fairly rough childhood but grew tired of being self-destructive and hiding behind substances, so he has learned to use the anger and bitterness left within him to fuel his creativity...as can be seen in much of his poetry.

He currently resides in a lonely place where the summers are sweltering and the winters act like spring...
