“20 years of Awakenings and 20 years on stage for me as a DJ were the reasons for me to do a #VinylOnly set 2 weeks ago.
Going through my vinyl collection brought back many memories, so many favourite records that I hadn’t played since I switched to Traktor almost 10 years ago.
We captured the set in its entirety with very high quality cameras, which gives a nice insight of what happened on stage behind the decks that day.
 
Even though I have played Awakenings 40 times, this was a milestone performance for me.
It reminded me how powerful the vinyl medium can be, and how its limitations can help to get the best out of you as an artist.”

Over the last 25 years of Time Warp history, we have shared countless unforgettable memories together on our dance floors. With the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, we used some of our spare time for some spring cleaning and deep in our archives we discovered some epochal Time Warp music.

Now, we're dusting off these monumentally historic sets and would like to highlight each of these moments individually on our SoundCloud channel, so we can reminisce together. Introducing our newest series: the Time Warp Lost Tapes.
