Born in Madrid, David Page fell in love with music at a young age and discovered electronic sounds at 16. Soon after, he started DJing, making his mark in Madrid’s club scene. Today, he plays at top venues like Fabrik, Goya, and Cadavra Club, where he is a resident DJ for @essentialmusiclabel, the project and label he co-founded. His sets mix house and minimal, focusing on rhythm and mood.  

He has shared the booth with artists like Priku, Dan Ghenacia, and Julian Anthony. Essential also serves as a platform for underground music, organizing events and releasing tracks. Now, he’s taking his first steps as a producer, shaping his musical vision with the same energy he brings to his DJ sets. 📡💚

Today’s premiere “𝘔𝘪𝘺𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘰 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘪” is pulled from the Garance EP where Tim B explores a deeper and more cinematic sound.  This track moves like a shadow, anchored by tight drums and pulsing bass, but elevated by haunting pads and delicate melodic threads. It’s not just a groove, it’s a slow burn: moody, mysterious, and subtly martial, with a title that hints at the spirit of the legendary Japanese swordsman. There’s restraint in its power, and clarity in its minimalism like a carefully measured strike on a darkened dancefloor.
