The one thing I love most about music is how you it can be an expression of who you are and how you feel - a form of love language.

Spicy Journey

Here is my mix from the recent Pelican Villa Party.

I am so grateful to have connect with the Villa many years ago. They are now my family and I can honestly say my life is complete having all these wonderful people is my life, the experiences that I have had and the opportunities that have come from this community.

Since learning to mix last year during the extreme Melbourne lockdowns, I wanted to demonstrate every side of musical expression through this mix. 

From when I was that awkward little goth girl listening to Depeche Mode, to my love for Anjunadeep and then adding some dirty driving beats to give you a hint of some of my heavy metal side that will be featured more in the future - this mix is my heart.

I hope you all enjoy it too.

NYE Celebrations

I had the pleasure of closing the Moby Dick stage Friday night at ESOTERIC FESTIVAL 2024.

Thank you to all those involved for making Esoteric festival happen. It was a beautiful experience. Special shoutout to the THE SOUND PROJECT and all the hard workers at the MOBY DICK stage for having me. It was an honour. 

To all those who joined me for my set, I had the best time bringing you all these special sounds.

Esoteric Festival 2024 - Vena Cava

"Purveyor of emotive and deep enriching sounds that  connects your heart to your feet”

Vana Cava's purpose is to make connections through music by creating a therapeutic heartfelt atmosphere in each performance. Vena Cava delivers a unique approach and love for her sound, which has beginnings in classical instrumentation and performance from a young age.

Seamlessly weaving her collection into sets filled with emotional melodies, beautiful synth and vocal accents, cosmic atmospheric backdrops, and downright dirty basslines. 

Vena Cava has already graced the decks for some notoriously respected Melbourne dance institutions and collectives such as My Aeon, Killing Time, Revolver, Circus, Sooki Lounge, and Hangover (Switzerland). Additionally she has brought her musical tones to festivals including Esoteric, Comfort Creek, Pitch Music and Arts Festival, and Circadian Rhythms. Lastly, she is a resident for Pelican Villa and the Sound Project. 

Vena Cava's musical path from here is set to touch the souls of many.
