In these times of global instability and uncertainty, Fifth World seeks to posit an alternative, with scenes from an optimistic future.

But was recorded right before my second stint of running a weekly late night show on 2ser with my friend Hani. All those episodes got deleted unfortunately so this is a tiny bit of the music we played on the show. A gravestone to a radio show you never knew existed.”

d: i wanted to make a mix as an eyes-closed journey through a memory palace, tiptoeing through all the rooms and scenes from a relationship, revisiting the moments of sweetness, feeling the hurt of having gifted all your love to a person who no longer exists. then stepping outside into a zelda landscape to breathe and put your cheek to the ground and feel the wind and maybe light a fire before heading back in again to face the sorcery inside
