Arabic inspirations permeate the new single from Alt8, the young Irish producer who is making serious waves on the hard techno scene of late.  ‘Cairo At Night’ drops on Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains label, backed with a remix from Aero. 

In its original mix, ‘Cairo At Night’ pummels its way through spiritually charged vocals, bouncing tom toms and throbbing bass for quite the unique and transcendental techno vibe!  Dublin based Aero slots in a remix that yields an alternate and raw take, rattling and grimy basement beats underpinning the divine mood.

Alt8 has been producing since 2019, drawing influence from old school hard techno when devising drum sequences.  He has released for labels such as Reckless, Rave Alert and Moments In Time.

Born in Thessaloniki and raised in Kos island, Nikko started his love for music due to his father (radio DJ). Being just 17, he made his first performance at a local club, and he continued performing as a disc jockey till now. From 2014 to 2016, Nikko studied Music Engineering and Music Technology at IEK DELTA Thessaloniki and has since then warmed up serious names such as Sasha, Kiko Navarro, Andre Crom, Detlef, Boston 168, and more. Currently living in Thessaloniki, where his DJ sets are abusing the vibe of Tech-House and Techno with heavy basslines, crispy Snares, and a flow full of dancing melodies. His vast experience in these elements is manifesting in his first steps of music production; He made his debut release in May, called "Get Buzy" by Raw Forms records. Subsequently, "Death, Love, Hate"  was released on Time has Changed records, a sharp upgrade for Nikko, only to signify what is yet to come for this talented Artist.
