"WARRIOR"

Like a warrior,
I will not back away from the life barriers.
Like a warrior,
I declare myself the strength carrier.

Holding my precious weapon...
Clean, sharp, shining before my eyes.
God is my spiritual beacon
Before I would pay the ultimate price.

My sins may be too much for Earth,
But the Lord knew who I am before birth.
It's amazing how my ancestors remind me at first,
That my hardships allow my heart to burst.

To burst into tears,
Then to heal myself to face my fears.
With my prepared spiritual gears,
There may be backlash that my conscience hears.

But no one can stop me from being what I'm made.
It may seem as though I'm too late,
But I'm not what others think or say with their mental blades.
For God knows His fate. 

The blood drops that I shed from my wounds
Leaves the pain behind like it doesn't glue.
No longer shall I feel blue.
Only the Lord knows the truth.

I'm not a worrier.
I am a Warrior.

Shape Of You (Nico Vargas R&B Remix)

Nico Vargas, born in Fresno, California, in 1999, is an American R&B, pop, country, soft rock, and versatile singer-songwriter, music producer and actor. His twin brother, Diego Vargas (aka Ne10), is a DJ, audio engineer, and music producer. Nico's musical influences expanded from Vicente Fernandez; Journey; Earth, Wind & Fire; Garth Brooks; Michael Jackson; Bruno Mars; Lionel Richie; Phil Collins; Prince; Whitney Houston; and many more legendary artists. Following the Autism Spectrum diagnosis at age 3, he started to become interested, observant, and passively eager about music. By September of 2006, at age 7, he began to teach himself how to play the piano and sing simultaneously. By 2014, he began experimenting with music production and technology. Then, by 2017, he developed into one, like so. In addition to his musical upbringing, having bilingual parents, they encouraged him to also learn how to sing in Spanish, being influenced by Vicente Fernandez and Pepe Aguilar.

He was involved in three theatrical productions from Roosevelt School of the Arts, and one with Shine Theatre:
-Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2016) (Roles of Issachar & Potiphar)
-Little Shop of Horrors (2017) (Roles of Wino #1 & Audrey II) 
-Wild Oats (2017) (Role of Live Pianist)
-Big River: The Musical Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (2019) (Role of Judge Thatcher, Harvey Wilkes & Silas Phelps)

On June 7th, 2017, he graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School along with Roosevelt School of the Arts with hopes of becoming a successful recording artist.

He has been currently a keyboardist and vocalist for a local cover party band "Eminent Groove", since January 12th, 2024. The band consists of a variety of dance music, which includes R&B/Soul, Pop, Top 40, Country, Rock N' Roll, Latin, Instrumental, and so on.
Since August 2023, Nico and his twin brother are also involved with “STARS of the Spectrum”, a music group under Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, filled with 15+ talented musicians on the autism spectrum, with the professional help of navigating through the music business and industry by the Flutie Foundation staff and partners involved.  

Because of his sensitivities to certain loud noises back in his childhood, he has also been strongly mesmerized by the aforementioned legendary artists. As a result, his commitment to his art is undoubtedly determined by his faith in God, and His higher calling. Despite the setbacks and some bullying he has faced in life, he has remained persistent in his works that he's very proud of. Yet, he's also grounded in knowing his roots that etched his being altogether.
