Auxilliary Textiles is a live electronic music performance involving the performer embroidering patterns and triggering chords with a piano keyboard.  Although making many musical nods to dance music, the near absence of percussion clears the way for synthetic sounds that are juxtaposed in time, de-coupling the classical notion of harmonizing voices with their respective assigned timbres. Melodies emerge equally through sequences of altering timbres and pitch.

The performer blends patterns and timbres, parameters and chords are assembled in real time, guiding the audience through a morphing landscape of synthetic sounds.
