For our fourth edition we present a very special dark / forest progressive set from "Digital Specie" the dark & forest prog alter ego of Galactic Groove Records label Manager.
"Digital Specie" has been involved in the underground electronic music scene since the late 90's as a dj, producer, club events manager/ booking agent, events promoter of "Metronome Promotions", label manager of "Galactic Groove Records" and most recently the founder & director of new Irish festival "Euphonics Festival".

Nigel NRG - Virtual Analog (Digital Razor)

Born into a musical family Nigel had been a lover of all types of music from a very young age.
He started learning how to play guitar at the tender age of 4 when he got a guitar as a present from his parents.
From there on he tried his hand at several different instruments but always going back to guitar especially in his teenage years when he fell in love with heavy metal, punk, grunge and hard rock.
Not long after he was introduced to the sounds of electronic music and was instantly hooked.
From there on he started building his vinyl collection, everything from goa trance to techno, hard house, acid techno and acid trance and eventually buying his first set of technics 1210 and spent many hours every day learning how to master the art of mixing & eventually playing at free partys up and down the country.
In 2008 he was booked to play his first big club event for Audioheadz promotions and was instantly offered his first residency slot.

Since then he has been involved in the running and promotion of 3 mixed genre club events and played for a number of big promotion nights up & down the country such as Underground Vibes, Equinox, Oblivion, Hard Breed, Planet Love, Headliners, Elevate, Naughty South, Shockabuku (as a resident dj), & UK hard house label & promo night Raw Power & has already played alongside some big names in the hard dance & techno scene such as Chris Liberator, Mark EG, Fernanda Martines, Candy Cox, Eto & Gab aka Motormorfoses, Malke, Du`Art, Ritzi Lee, Alex Kidd, Jordan Suckley, Dark By Design & Brian Kearney. 
In 2010 he decided it was time to turned his hand to the production side of things & since then has had tracks signed to Boshed Hard, Renewable NRG, Digital Razor, CDR Hard, Boxed Digital, Digital Damage & Alien Technology & most recently has launched his own psychedelic trance label called Galactic Groove Records and already has an impressive artist roster signed to the label & he also intends to release several eps on the label from his two psychedelic projects.
He also plays as resident dj  under his psytance alias Digital Specie  for his own label and promo night Galactic Groove Records  and some highlights of playing under this alians so far were playing  at Life Festival 2014 and 2015 where he shared stage with some of the biggest names in the scene such as Ajja, Avalon, Parasense, EVP, Reality Grid, Gaspard, Phobos, Illegal Machines, Psymmetrix & Sensient to name just a few.
