WhY Me

Saying it now... TBOI: Repentance is absolutely incredible. And that's not just with the swathes of content, rebalancing, challenges, *characters*, or what have you... even the soundtrack is bangin'. While we all can't wait for Mudeth's official Antibirth version of the OST, Bossi and Evans at Ridiculon still kicked it up another notch. Seriously, I can't express how good the OST is. Well... except for in a remix of course.

As such, I've created this marriage between the original Downpour track from Antibirth (Hallowed Ground) and the new one in Repentance (River of Despair), creating this track: Hallowed River. And not only that, I've attempted at vocals again... Latin ones no less. So, for those curious, here's the lyrics I made for it (along with translations):

"Carpe Noctum ante mortum" (Seize the night before death)
"In vacuo, credo quia absurdum" (In the void, I believe it because it is absurd)
"Nil desperandum Mors Vincit Omnia" (Do not despair for Death conquers all)
"Ita memoriae sacrum pro puero" (So, sacred to the memory of a child)

"Gloria in Excelsis Deo!" (Glory to God in the Highest!)
"Ecce Agnus Dei ab aeterno!" (Behold the Lamb of God from eternity!)

Note that those translations are very rough, and the grammar of the lyrics probably isn't correct, because I'm no Latin scholar. Anyway, hope it's a fun listen besides, and remember: 
"Pray for Repentance, and be Reborn"
