"Fly Up" is a full band version of a song I made a while back. it explains the idea of understanding that there are people in this world that will not have your back on anything. There are people in this world who will put you down, and there are people in this world who will just not care at all  and this song expresses how you do not need those people in your life. Life is about growth (i think) and if someone is not helping you, let alone  stopping you....then you do not NEED them ....fly up around your own kind

Nigel Roman is a Joshua Tree, California native, a singer/Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music combines the ingredients of traditional jazz, acoustic-driven folk, and 80s era power ballad vocals. He captures and releases emotions in ways similar to artists Phil Collins, Ray Lamontagne and Jeff Buckley. Stories of tragedy and loss transcend into a metamorphic state of serenity.
