Nigel Sparks grew up knowing that, everybody has their own way to express themselves & rap/writing is one of his best ways. His lyrics/music is not just speaking his own mind but he also hopes that through his music/lyrics, people could relate & understand him better & hopefully it will inspire others too.

In year 2009, being a grown up and with the development of the hiphop culture in Malaysia. After graduating from University, Nigel started working for a well known local hiphop fashion company and was introduced to local artist, “ipohmali” Point Blanc. After getting to know each other, Point Blanc realized that Nigel has mad passion in rap and so he decided to audition him to be his hypeman.

With the opportunity given, Nigel went for the audition without any second thoughts and proved Point Blanc that he has what it takes to be a rapper. After the audition, Nigel Sparks was then part of the Voyeur Records Familia (Point Blanc’s own record label). He quickly started performing with Point Blanc side by side as his hypeman and not for long; he was featured in one of Point Blanc’s song “Pay Day” in his latest album “The Turning Point”. 

Today, Nigel Sparks now has his very own single called “Prove Em Wrong” which is also a theme song for a fashion label, Negat!ve, a streetwear brand that is widely available in retail outlets in Malaysia.
