For this album, I wanted to tell stories of complex things—emotions. Each song is my interpretation and expression of one. I have entitled the project Bad Request - Mind in Conflict with the idea being that in a situation where a certain emotional response is expected as the norm from a given stimulus, one is unable to retrieve and produce that emotion because there are too many others swirling around at all times.
