Having a greater understanding of universal laws which govern your reality is imperative to gaining insight on how to navigate and traverse the third dimension.  The law of cause and effect is a basic and universal tenet that provides guidelines, structure and understanding regarding all actions taken and the effects they will have in response. The law of cause and effect is a universal law which specifically states that every single action in the universe produces a reaction.  paul wishes to remind you that this law is unavoidable and must always be respected.  Every action you take, every word you speak, every thought you have will garner an equal or opposite reaction.  Being present, maintaining a state of neutrality and living intentionally will allow you to act in accordance with this law.
