The wonderful Fog Puma is lying on the blanket for this month. Beside being an exceptional person and Dj, Monsieur is as well a bookseller, together with his fellow traveler, Lori B - the bookshop is named Zabriskie ... The set is based on the essay named "Les Paradies articifiels", from C. Baudelaire. 

German Textes - Ein Podcast von Fog Puma für Night Travel On A Blanket. Die Texte sind aus Charles Baudelaires "Die künstlichen Paradiese", "Les paradis artificiels" im französischen Original. Erschienen ist dieser Essay im Jahre 1860, aber er hat eigentlich nichts an Aktualität verloren - wie Baudelaire den Haschischrausch beschreibt, so erleben ihn auch heute noch die meisten Konsumenten. Der Essay ist eine Art Handbuch, in dem erklärt wird, wie man sich am besten ausrüstet, um sich auf eine Haschischreise zu begeben (engl. "night travel on a doobie"), und geschildert wird, was passieren kann, wenn man auf den falschen Dampfer gestiegen ist. Für meine Collage aus Musik und Text habe ich mich an den Auszügen bedient, in denen es eher um eine Gebrauchsanleitung geht. Im Anschluss daran folgen dann Beispiele von Rauscherfahrungen von Baudelaire selbst oder von Freunden, die ebenfalls sehr interessant zu lesen sind, aber den Rahmen dieses Podcasts gesprengt hätten. Diese könnt ihr selbst nachlesen.
