something like a cover of sayaka's theme by kajiura yuki, inspired a lot by the tamusic's cover...
i know i can't sing, i know i'm not good at anything, i know that i will remain alone forever, i know that i'll never achieve anything especially if i'm not even going to try... maybe that's why i liked sayaka. being able to dream and sacrifice anything for your dreams... i guess that's beautiful.

Dedicated to Overseas Foreign workers round the world and the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) - a term which started around 1990/1 under then president Ramos around the time I first arrived.  I know many can't get home for the festive season, how difficult it is being separated from your children and your families.  Workers from the Philippines, South Korea, Japan, China and many other nations working overseas sacrificing so much as the years go by.  Have faith, keep your courage - you are heroes of not only your families and communities back home, but you inspire people around the world including this ole cowboy. Yubari liegt auf der japanischen Nordinsel Hokkaido. Einst eine blühende Bergbaustadt, leidet Yubari heute unter einer alternden Bevölkerung mit wenigen jungen Menschen und einem hohen Anteil älterer Menschen. Die Stilllegung eines Kohlebergwerks und vieles mehr haben Yubari von einer pulsierenden und wohlhabenden Stadt in eine Geisterstadt verwandelt. Neun von zehn Einwohnern sind entweder verstorben oder weggezogen.

Wir werden dieses Thema 2026 weiter verfolgen – in Deutschland (und dem Rest der EU), Kanada, Südkorea, Japan und China. Wenige junge Menschen, eine schwindende Nation, Schulden, ein drohender Finanzkollaps – was kann man dagegen tun?


Yubari, located in Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido.  A once prosperous mining town, Yubari has an aging demographic with few youth left and a larger elderly population.  A closed coal mine and much more have transformed Yubari from a bustling and prosperous town into a 'ghost town' . Nine out of ten people have either passed-on or moved-on.  

We will be exploring this theme in further 2026 - Germany (and the rest of the EU), Canada, South Korea, Japan, China.  Few young people, a disappearing nation, debt, nearing financial collapse as to what can be done about it.
