The band was formed in april 09 by Alex (drummer), Davry (guitarist) and Raffa (singer), an absolute beginner but a die harder of the italian rock'n'roll scene. Freddy (bassist) joined the guys immediately after, but the combo was definitively complete with the incoming of Cesar (guitarist) an old wolf of the italian underground rock'n'roll scene that toured California with Alex and their old friend Spike Slawson (Me First and the Gimme Gimmes) that baptized their first two shows of the forthcoming Homebreakers. The background and tons of fast, loud and rough music listening brought the band to be heavily influenced by mighty bands as Motorhead, Ramones, AC/DC, MC5, Gluecifer, The Hellacopters, Nashville Pussy and Zeke where they take inspiration for sound and attitude. After the 2009 debut demo and 15 dynamite shows, in january 2010 Freddy left the band. It was not easy for the band to replace a real friend and a great musician like him. But the fate was good with the boys and Mark (Etherna, Dead Souls) a powerful bass player suggested by their common friend Dome La Muerte (Not Moving, The Diggers), came out as the missing homebreaker. Then the new combo engaged a wide new serie of wild lucky shows, 'cause the stage is simply their natural habitat. In the early days of may 2010 Davry decided to close his experience with The Homebreakers and when a friend goes out is a real pain in the ass. So came the time to call Tony (ex The Heatlers) to join the band, a guitar player with the right skill and sound, the missing link to the road of rock'n'roll glory for The Homebreakers. The 2010 it's been a year full of satisfactions and important shows. The debut album has been recorded  and last november The Homebreakers opened the Florence show of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. After one year of intense live shows, in october 2011 The Homebreakers publish the debut album „Heroes of Tearsvalley“, that led the band to open the shows of Valient Thorr and L.A. Guns. After the publishing of the album, Alex leaves the band and the guys that follow to replace him are, Mike Chondolo before and JP Kid from Hellvis band, after. Heroes of tearsvalley is distributed in Europe and USA and collects a long serie of wonderful reviews but despite of this, 2012 become the revolution year for the boys. Cesar decides to quit and from Hellvis band comes another friend, Mimmo on rhythm guitar. Now Raffa remains the only original member in the band. Six months later is the turn of Mark and JP to leave the band and they give the keys of the rhythmic section to B. bassist from Gonzales band and drummer Big Rocks. With this new line up The Homebreakers attack Europe, playing in countries as  Slovenija, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Holland and Belgium. In 2014 after B. leaves the band and the show in Livorno (Ita) the band takes a long stop that becomes a forced period after a terrible motorcycle accident occurred to Tony in august 2015 that led him to not be able to play guitar like he knows for a not yet defined period. In may 2016, Raffa, Mimmoand Big Rocks, tired to stand still, pull out of the hat two new members to mark the rebirth of the band. From H.A.R.E.M. band come Nik on bass and Matt on lead guitar. The Homebreakers are working now on official comeback with the new line up and soon everuthing will be ready one more time to hit all the european crowd. It just needs to let the rabbid, rowdy, dirty sound and the 100% rock'n'roll attitude be yours, following the last news and all the activities of the Crowbarred Skull.
