Hands Up, Hold Up, Helicopter

2014 Release of the singles "F´Hain Soups" and "Gloomy Posture", recording and mixing by Sören Stanchera [BRB, GER] and mastering by Gary Hadfield at Blueprint Studios [Manchester, GB].

Im Mai 2013 wird die zweite Platte von Nikaya, aufgenommen mit Boris Wilsdorf im legendären Studio Andere Baustelle, als Vinyl durch das Artlabel C4 produziert und durch Pale Music Int. präsentiert und vertrieben.

Als 2011 das Debüt Album von Nikaya „Everyone Needs A Peaceful Light“ erschien, tauchten in den Kommentaren Namen wie The Cure, Joy Division und Siouxie and the Banshees auf. Tatsächlich aber sind Nikaya nicht eindeutig einzuordnen. Die erste wegweisende Kooperation wurde 2012 mit dem englischen DJ ED 2000 (Berlin-London) eingeleitet, der von Hands Up! Hold Up! Helicopter! ein Remix produzierte und das im Frühjahr 2013 auf einer Compilation erscheinen wird.
