"Style" can be defined as that special ability to watermark every track with an instantly-recognizable identity.

Local Suicide, aka Munich's Brax Moody and Greek-born Vamparela, has it in spades. And following releases on labels such as Bordello, My Favorite Robot, Multi Culti, Roam, Duro and OMBRA, it only made sense that the duo would eventually find its way to Lumière Noire. 

After all, "black light" (as per the meaning of Chloé's label's name) could describe the way Local Suicide's music flirts with the more troubling zones of the listener's psyche, where danger roams and aural comfort is no longer a guarantee.

The EP's two tracks set a dark, shifty sonic tableau, in which German-American multidisciplinary artist – and a unique personality of the Berlin underground – Nicki Fehr comes to blend his voice with Vamparela's.

With its swerving bass slithering over a slow tempo, Leopard Gum is the perfect slow burner, a slice of comatose disco that will find its way to the darkest corners of nightlife – and haunt its DJ sets. The synths that come crashing across the track's Smagghe & Cross remix add their saturated signature that provide a different kind of hook through its breathless nine-minute run.

The same measured tempo is found once more on the more ethereal Already There, where Local Suicide affirm their adherence to the more captivating signatures of new wave and post disco. Permanent Vacation stalwarth Lauer adds a surprizing electro pop shimmer to the track, while Niv Ast's version maintains the tension of the original's superimposed vocals.

With Leopard Gum's opaque and impenetrable atmosphere, Local Suicide have released one of their strongest efforts to date.

In late 2014 The Guardian made a list called ’25 of the best clubs in Europe’ in which Belgrade’s legendary boat 20/44 was included. One of the most deserving people who have contributed to the quality of the program and the overall success of this club is DJ and producer Nebojša Bogdanović - Schwabe. As one of the founders of the cult Disco Not Disco party series he leads with DJ Brka and Toshke, Schwabe is  responsible for hosting parties with giants such as: Beppe Loda, Ron Morelli, Tako, Vidal Benjamin, Scott Fraser, Chida, Black Merlin, Abel, Lee Douglas, Baris K, Vladimir Ivkovic, Ray Mang and many more, thus leaving an indelible mark on Belgrade’s nightlife. 
His production career began within Kompleks, fans’ favorite live duo he once formed with his pal Lule. Schwabe recently drew public attention as Tapan, another slo-mo duo he formed with Goran Simonoski. Two Tapan EPs, „Volume“ for Scott Fraser’s Crimes Of The Future label and „The City“ for Willie Burns’ WT Records show Schwabe’s haunting 100bpm-oriented world in the best possible light. Known as the modest master of dark slow rhythms, Schwabe as a DJ is at his best when he is given enough time and space to transcend genre and experiment with his immaculate collection of seductive rhythms, ambient music and ethnic influences.

Lontano Da Dove? by DsorDNE is a four-track LP written and recorded between 1996 and 1999 - at Acqualuce studio in Alpignano, Torino - by the mind of Marco Milanesio and Luciano Gelormino. Additional guitars were provided by Danilo Beltrame on PIANO ZEROQUATTRO (Extended) and vocals by Snowdonia founder Cinzia La Fauci. It was conceived to be released at the time but only a few promo copies were distributed.
After about 20 years, the original recordings, which were considered lost, were found by Marco, who remastered them in his O.F.F studio and brought it back to life. The all album is an organic work, who mash spoken ethereal voices and dubby basslines with tr-909 beats, borrowing elements from trip hop, techno and industrial.

The only rule is to push the boundaries of conventional electronic music exploring new directions while never losing sight of his core passions – playing music, sharing forward-thinking visions, and celebrating life.

Ed Dix has always been a musician in love with & addicted to music when he was 15 by forming a band as a drummer, drawing influences from Joy Division. Driven by the love of timeless music, he continues to dive deeper into electronic sounds when he discovered Kraftwerk, Cabaret Voltaire, Yellow Magic Orchestra, and John Carpenter. His abandoning of boundaries and restrictions led him to refuse to stick to any particular scene or genre which takes in everything from Psychedelic jams to Belgian New Beat & experimental Electronica. His music is full of subtle references to Kraftwerk meets Joy Division.

Ed Dix emerged on the scene when he debuted his self-released 3-track EP ‘Planetarian’ in 2018, followed by his debut edit on Jakarta’s Dekadenz Records for “Themes For Divided Tribes Vol. 3” a year after. Over the past few years, he has worked with various international platforms including Calypso (Mexico), Belly Dance Service (Austria), and Soil (Valencia). Recently he released his debut EP on Nein (UK) with 3 originals, showcasing imaginary soundtracks from his weirdo dreams and inspiring classic Malay movies, featuring remixes from K- Effect (Spain) N.O.Y. (Tel Aviv) & Lusca (Mexico).

Throughout his career, he has shared the decks with influential international acts such as Cosmo Vitelli, Curses, Simple Symmetry, Aera, Rebolledo, and Jonathan Kusuma at some of the most prolific Malaysian clubs.
