This documentary is a hard-hitting piece about gang culture in the Birmingham area, regarding the Burger Boys and the Johnson Crew. The documentary focuses on a particular ex gang member and the struggles he faced when being in a gang to leaving one, and how the transitional change benefited him as a person today.

Vince is a College student who lives with his mother in Birmingham. He becomes engrossed with the current news story about the riots in London and Birmingham. On his way to his friends (Jacob) walking through town he sees three young youths smashing a shop window, and overhears one of the youngest youths joking about how rich he will become. Vince decides to join in with the three youths; due to the how the youths glamorised the crime (describing how they would all be famous as the media will capture their antics). Vince makes an escape when sirens are heard leaving the three youths to get arrested, he is chased by police and captured.
