Dutch singer/songwriter Nikki Dae released a brand new song and called ‘Lone Wolf’. In this single release she is combining her voice and dreamy-electro synths, which will carry you away and tug at the heartstrings. Nikki defines her music as mysterious, emotion-based, atmospheric and even a bit dark: ‘Lone Wolf emphasizes the music I love to make. It’s all about feelings and certain situations in life. I concealed these two elements in Lone Wolf, so everyone is able to interpret them in their own way.

Lone Wolf is forthcoming of her eponymous EP, containing 4 other tracks, which are also available on her soundcloud profile. If you dig deeper and visit her YouTube page you’ll notice that she did quite a few impressive covers of some popular songs.

Nikki Dae - Lone Wolf

The 23-year old from Alkmaar is ready to rock and take on the powers that be: “I want to communicate a message through my music”.

Nikki was discovered during a performance at Jazz & Sail, a festival in Bergen, The Netherlands. “After the gig, someone came up to me”, Nikki explains with a smile on her face as she recalls the moment. “She worked at the record company Cloud 9 Music and was very impressed with my performance”. They exchanged numbers and Nikki got a phone call the next week. After a visit to Cloud 9, packed with a guitar in her hand, she signed a record deal (her first!) in October 2013.
