The key is to accept that many thing in life go round in circles and you come back to the situations and people until you fully heal your wounds. It's a gift that we need to learn to appreciate <3

We will discuss different ways that cause us to become numb to the point where we just start operating on autopilot to please everybody else. We don't even need to think anymore - we become a 'tool' to complete certain tasks that require physical human presence.
