With the media and information available to us in 2020, a spotlight has been put on the police brutality and systemic oppression that has gone on in the US since before telephones were invented. This begs the question whether citizens who believe racial inequality is myth are purposely blind, or see very clearly their own prejudices. To pretend that America, if compared to a house, does not stand on the backs of those who live in the proverbial dwelling is as big of an issue as those who abuse power. In L Boogz single "Basement,'  he seeks accountability not just from other people, but his own as well.
