Just a basic example of me starting a track sounding like a Real Band.
I use software tools for hyper-realistic 'real drummer' vibes, though bass and guitar are real.

This approach goes for any style and genre requiring real drums - Blues, Soul, Pop, Rock and all the way to extreme contemporary Metal styles.
