Losing Track Of Time - (@64gem)

I've noticed that a lot of content in different mediums were being remade. This inspired me to try it out myself.

These are four songs from my third project, Homebody, that I wanted to remake and re-release. 

Don't Make Me Laugh was shortly made after Homebody released on September 4, 2020. I felt like this song was, creatively, in the same vein as the rest of the songs as Homebody. I met Enteii during this time and it was an unforgettable experience to have him help on the remake for this song.

Coming back to these songs 4 years later to add on to them or re-create them entirely was a surreal feeling. I've tried to do this multiple times but I felt like I was in the wrong state of mind because I was trying to go back to my old ways. The answer to this problem was simple.. I just had to merge both the old and the new.

I enjoyed making this and would definitely do it again. Granted, there were a lot of issues I faced along the way but I learned a thing or two about myself and about creation as a whole.

One day I will revisit the other songs but for now, this will do.
