Organic electronics, trombone, violin, guitar and vocals complement each other and create an uplifting feeling of catchiness that is clearly reminiscent of a hymn. One World, Our Future is bursting with pressure and sublime psychedelic elements, the title Darkness is a mesmerizing story that takes place in the mysterious twilight between a golden sunrise and a thunderstorm of bass. Last but not least there's Out Of Train, a track that is dubby and dope as it can be, yet based on a sturdy dance floor groove. 3000°

LUM isn’t your typical electronic artist. Discovered by the mysterious guru Damian Lazarus during a scout for local talent for his Day Zero festival, LUM was found to represent the sound of the ancient Mayan culture. He was born in Argentina, is based in Riviera Maya in Tulum, Mexico, and has spent his life steeped in indigenous cultures. 

LUM’s sound is ingrained in the jungle, as he conducts his botanical research the same way he has been researching indigenous music. He’s prepared an EP for the Crosstown Rebels offshoot imprint Rebellion, and it is a mystical journey through space and time. Listen to the slow-burning “Urpillay,” and catch some Mayan wisdom from the medicine man LUM.

We are proudly presenting our second catalog number by ALEJANDRO CASTELLI from Berlin. 
His NATURAL EP features two original tracks which go by the the name of Peru and Natur. Co-producer is a well known traveling man called NU.

Peru is a stomping up tempo piece of sweeping music that blows you off your dirty dancing feet. The second title Natur slows us down a bit and makes us dream of long and warm summer days. It contains a heartwarming vocal sung by his grandma and combines classical South American sounds with a catchy tune.

On the flip side you'll find hip shaking remixes by Dutch live animal SATORI and a lovely couple from northern Germany called JUST EMMA.

We have waited a long time for this debut. With the decoupling single “Behind the Curtain,” from the compilation series “Kaleidoskop,” the DJ and producer duo “Kotelett & Zadak” presents itself together with Bar25 Music. The title track “Behind the Curtain” captivates with its recurring melodic chords and succinct sub-basses. While the second track “Switch Off” builds up slowly with discreet vocal elements and then develops its driving character, “Harissa,” the final track, is trippy and contrasting in comparison. Up to the middle, “Harissa” presents itself in a twisted agility and is then intercepted by an intuitive clap.
