Its time to get busy on some serious classic BBP dancefloor bangers from the Mined & Forrest crew and put a twist on them with an epic remix package.
We've invited some of the very best producers in the Electronic Funk scene to remix 5 of the biggest Mined &amp; Forrest tunes from their 4 BBP EPs as well as a brand new VIP Mix of the Coming Though track to go with it.

Starting off, Lack Jemmon is bringing out the big guns to really smash up the Funk Toxic jam with their signature fat bass electro treatment. Followed up by label boss man BadboE taking the smooth Gimme The Best joint and wrapping some groovy boogie vibes and some jazzy elements to the equation.

Beat Le Juice takes on the Rock It banger from Mined &amp; Forrest latest EP and transforms it into a catchy disco bass house jam. BBP's very own B-Side has returned to put some additional heat and funk into the epic There It Is jam.
Wrapping up the EP with Mr Bristow&rsquo;s creative Drum&rsquo;n&rsquo; Bass remix of the mellow Fire Back tune before ending things with Mined &amp; Forrest remixing their own Coming Though jam into an even bassier VIP mix.

About the guests

@substance420 - Hailing from the East Coast this native of Sherbrooke, Quebec has been a major pioneer and leader in the pushing of deep sounds and sound system music and culture for many years. In the booth his deep and dark sounds have been an essential part of the underground Dubstep and Halftime for almost a decade, garnering support from some of the industries biggest names and labels across the world. A true head through and through he has also had a major hand in the growth of the deep community back home through his co-founded company DirtyCake which has hosted some of Canada's and beyond finest Producers & DJ's over the last 8 years.

Rich Nines is a multi-genre DJ with 25 years experience, originally from Toronto and now living in Vancouver.
He is currently the co-curator with @crystelclear of the @lighttwerkerz LiT MIX series and , and resident DJ at Art Battle live painting events in B.C. He and studio partner Brane are known for their vintage jungle vinyl b2b sets, and their trip hop trio project 1sisters with vox/synth collaborator witchythuggirl is due to release its first E.P. later in 2021.
Always on the move musically, in the past year his guest mixes have ranged from a booty breaks set for Ngaio’s show on swu.fm in Bristol, rnb/hip hop for Ayizan’s Mental Jukebox show in Lagos, footwork jungle for Sub Chakra in Calgary, deep dubstep for Lush Lounge in Toronto, and a genre-bending polyrhythmic triplet survey for San Francisco’s Subtempo.

Tamarak is Josh J Searles, veteran underground bass music producer, composer and classical guitarist better known for over a decade of releases as one half of the Canadian West Coast Dubstep duo Daega Sound. With dozens and dozens of track released worldwide on vinyl, digital and CD formats under monikers Tamarak and Daega Sound, Searles' music have been number one on Junodownload Deep Dubstep charts as well his new releases regularly chart in the top ten on platforms Junodownload and Beatport. Tamarak has had solid support from BBC Radio 1's Rene LaVice, UK's Drum & Bass Arena and UK Dubstep pioneer and head of Artikal Music, Jkenzo. His compositions under moniker Daega Sound have also been widely supported by BBC Radio 1's underground music legend Mary Anne Hobbs.

This track alone was so much fun to make, and even better as a result!
Fun fact!: I actually made the second drop first, intending the song to have a second drop. And when I made the second part (the first, riddim drop in the song), I thought "Well damn! Now this has to be the song!"
The song came about because I simply couldn't wait to push this out!
I've actually had the intro/build ALREADYT made back in like 2023-ish, but am just now able to release the finished product!
