My mum was once a singer on stage and it was my mum who taught me that music really is THE BEST THING when it comes to your feelings and mental health. I danced to music from the minute I could walk. Joined ballet classes without my mothers permission and carried on dancing Jazz until I was 18. I can BUST some SERIOUS SHAPES!  Cue the FAME sequence!😂👌

She died from Covid, suffered her young final years from dementia BUT HER LOVE OF MUSIC REMAINS A CONSTANT IN MY LIFE  & SHE LIVES THROUGH ME, MY MUSIC, CREATIVITY & MY FAMILY! 🔥
