Auch der zweite Corona-Winter hält uns wieder fest im Griff. Zwar haben wir keinen wirklichen Lockdown … aber trotzdem sind in fast allen Städten die Clubs dicht. Ich will hier auch garn nicht über die Verhältnismäßigkeit der Maßnahmen und so weiter diskutieren, dies wird an anderer Stelle zu genüge gemacht. Ich möchte gerne ein positives Zeichen setzen und präsentiere euch in den nächsten Monaten einfach nur gute Musik. Es haben sich bereits zahlreiche Künstler bereit erklärt hierfür eine Mische bereitzustellen … was mich natürlich sehr freut. Mein lieber Arbeitskollege Schub hat sich wieder etwas fürs Cover einfallen lassen … diesmal etwas interaktives für die Künstler. Weil wir sind ja alle etwas Corona Swimmers 🏊🏊🏊

Den Start macht ganz spontan Zappadeus aus Leipzig. Er war schon beim letzte DJ-Kettenbrief meines lieben Freunde Nachti Gall beteiligt. Musikalisch starten wir direkt mit einer schöne Dark-Disco-Runde in die Welle. Danke an Bademeister Zappadeus

3 QUESTIONS to HOLGER HECLER:

Q: From the present to the past - what a great storyteller. Tell us about 
your mix!

A: Puuuh, what a task! For this I had to dig deep into what brought me to 
electronic music or even DJing. It´s super hard to choose between all the 
different influences I had, but I tried to start at a point where everything 
changed for me taking it back step by step to the beginning. That´s why I´ve 
chosen to do this mix in reverse chronological order. To be honest I had to 
jump a little bit in between, but these jumps also have to do with when I 
was introduced to that kind of music or the song was important for me, or it 
simply fits better. You will hear a lot of hits that have been essential to 
me and others at a certain time and maybe some stuff you´ve never heard 
before. Have fun! I didn´t take myself too serious when I did this (laughs).

Contenance & Miles Away are a swiss based DJ and Producer Duo. They started their project around five years ago. Their love for music planted an urge to dive in deeper into mixing their own sounds.
