Niles Elliott is a guitarist/singer songwriter from Mudsoc, Ohio.  Growing up in the heart of Appalachia, he was exposed to the wistful nature of folk music, which greatly influenced his style today.  At just ten years old, he began to study the guitar. With the support of his family and friends he began to culminate his skills, leading to a variety of musical styles.  Niles passion for music could not be ignored and so he decided to pursue music as a career.  Niles was accepted to Berklee College of Music where he is currently earning a Bachelors degree in songwriting.  His instrumentation repertoire includes guitar, banjo, dobro, and mandolin.  His experience thus far has come to introduce him to an entire network of musicians and collaborators.  He is a founding member of the group TRY, an indie rock band based in Boston.  They were named number 7 on Reverbnation’s Boston pop charts. He hopes to provide a cohesive outlook on his solo career as a songwriter with a self-titled EP “Wild Thoughts” planned for release during the summer of 2016.
