I had a small mental breakdown before I wrote this and my anxiety was one of the causes and I have learned that talking really helps my anxiety. It always helps when my friends talk to me.

After singing this song whenever I get anxious for a while, I realized that I have been singing it to a different tune than my original recording and I like this one better.

I wrote this song while hanging out with my best friend after a hard and stressful week. I was being down on myself and wanted to remind myself that I am perfectly amazingly okay just being me. I have struggles with numerous mental illnesses and even physical issues that just beat me down but I am doing my best and that is what matters.
