Lonna Cunningham is a 43-year-old small holder and knitter living in Edmonton, Canada. After the loss of her first child and husband through two separate tragedies, Lonna used knitting to help combat her post-traumatic stress. Her debut book 'Just Keep Knitting: a journey of forgiveness, faith, and fibre' tells this story through patterns and projects. We spoke to her about how knitting got her through these difficult experiences.
