This song is about finding peace in someone — and questioning if peace is enough.
I wrote Safe Harbor thinking about that kind of love that feels warm, stable, and safe. The kind where you’re understood without having to explain too much. Where everything slows down, and for a moment, nothing else matters.
But at the same time, there’s a quiet tension underneath. Because sometimes comfort can become a place where dreams start to rest instead of grow.
For me, this track lives right in that space — between gratitude and restlessness. Between staying and wondering what’s beyond.
