Baat dil ki kaha nahin karte is a ghazal penned by Satyapal Khalak. Although, his poetry was socially oriented, he considered this ghazal as not one of his best creations. However, just listen to this and decide yourself to what extent he was justified. He was a fabulous poet with magnificent creations. 

Nishant Akshar has sung this ghazal live in one of the private gatherings in May, 2016. The beauty of this rendition is that he only had Roland EA-7 keyboard with him and his harmonium.
