I really liked the piano one this one,

I like the second half a lot,
Originally when I sang a lot of the high pitch part it came completely out of nowhere, the lyrics are basically the same as the freestyle.
Most of this is freestyle because;

More to Life

Some days you just wish you could go back.
"I wish the clocks would turn back to when life had more soul"

The main feeling behind this is just remembering lying on my bed listening to music all night. I inherited a lot of CDs or listened to the free ones from the radio times, that cd being the one with 99 red balloons on it. Sometimes I wish I could go back and be a kid again, the strong smell of glue while fleetwood mac plays in my bedroom, the radio being a banger always, and staying out so late in a world that was still full of mystery.

Don't be sad though, nostalgia is nice, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy your present.

Also one time this kid ran into our ps2 cables and it fell off this shelf at some village hall we were at. We never played ps2 again after that day.

I'll let you figure the others out.

Each person is in their own right a mystery.
What better way to represent that mystery than to see the mystery and beauty in colour that exists right above our heads.

What is a fallen star?
A distant object forever tumbling through the expanse of space.
The probability of it landing down on earth is so low it is negligible, but still here it is. 
One can only imagine how it would feel to finally find a home.

Working on and off on this one for a little bit now,
Its been nice to come back to it, listen, improve and just enjoy the process.

Sometimes good things take time, work and effort.
But if you can convince yourself of the greatness of the process itself then its not the destination but the path you walk that becomes the reward. This sounds far too over-said but it's my comment so its going in here anyway haha.

A story of people and place, and the appreciation that we have the simple things in life that we rarely appreciate.
To understand that we don't need to chase the endless goal of wealth and power to exhaustion. I think often we can become greater people by doing that which we find enjoyable - Why motivate yourself with money when you can motivate yourself with that feeling of being totally in the flow, in my case when that electronic instrument in the background came together and that loop of 'coronation party for our nation' comes in.

We can all make progress without being bound by the judgements or categorisation of others. So I would suggest picturing that thing you want to do, but either don't have the skill or don't see any ability to make a career from it. Just do it. - 2 years later you will look back and think wow look what I can do now, look how I can identify myself as me.

I don't normally upload something when I feel like there is more to do or more to finish but in this case I will.

I can't quite figure out what instrument to add to this in the back to make it better and I almost wanted to extend the song much further.

But perhaps it is finished in its simplicity. It feels clean and nice and the message I hope is plain to observe.

To climb so far as to be burnt, to have such hubris and pride as to cause ones own suffering in the chase of something that can't be achieved. We live in a world in which we can all see the apex and we all believe we can reach it. But what is lost in its pursuit?

That always seems to be the way. When you're making the song it feels like the best you've ever made, but by the time you're done you don't even know if its good anymore.

Regardless, I hope some soul out there can appreciate this.


Every dream is a goal unachievable in the current state of the world. Unlike an objective it is further away. It requires change in oneself.
Sometimes you might arrive at the destination before you are ready, before you have made the change in order to truly fulfil that dream.
