An almost two hour long house-acid-techno-disco to Sheila E session from the Torske man. Bliss mix for all the true heads and party goers out there who enjoy great music. Torske, a stayer in the underground game, a true DJ by heart and excellent selector who knows what it's about. And he prowess it all in this mix!

Dub Techno Blog Show 140 - 12.05.19

It’s been a long time coming but NEX002 is finally here! A lot has happened since the first release; I graduated university, started a completely new career (in design), bought my first house with my girlfriend and finally got some space dedicated to making the artwork for this label. 

This album is worth the wait (I hope). The consistency of fourtimeszero music is something I rarely encounter. Every week he would be sending me a new track for this album and I was blown away every time. I’d like to thank fourtimeszero (Autor) for his patience in getting this together. 

The release is made by hand, by myself. Screenprinted, cut, creased and packaged. There are imperfections that come with these processes. In the ever-expanding digital world traces of human interaction with an object is a welcome change to the norm.

Now the artist is interested in slow deep/dub and minimal groove sound, constantly working on music production and label collaborations.

Now the artist is interested in slow deep/dub and minimal groove sound, constantly working on music production and label collaborations.

"I was born in the Extreme North of Russia, but spent the most of my life in Ulyanovsk — city located on the Volga, the longest river in Europe. I do love the nature of the region and beauty of the Volga. Back in 2015, they both gave birth to my artist stage name: Les (‘forest’ in Russian language) Volga (river’s name). However, I have been experimenting with sound since early 00’s, and this resulted in my very first release after almost 10 years of switching between different DAW’s and performing as a DJ at city clubs and private parties. Now my target is to win recognition from the international public and begin to play on tours."
