Entranced by the warm and rhythmic guitar leads, the sampled Sade classic is a fresh introduction into the eclectic, forward thinking return of Detroit music. 'UN COMPAGNON is the first single release from Shaii David's upcoming EP. Ironically titled "EP1" David has set to release the 6 track project in the Sumer 0f 2023. Perfectly suited for "raising the bar" in preparation for upcoming releases further into 2023. UN COMPAGNON is a track built to celebrate  some of  David's influences while also creating a new world for audiences to indulge. Shaii David is an artist to  watch to in 2023.

Earning stripes in music working for Honest Jon's Records, Sound Signature, Wildheart Recordings and Sounds Familiar, Ruby Savage also known to DJ as Kwasiba Savage is currently label manager at Brownswood. She regularly presents on Worldwide FM as well as co-hosts monthly NTS Radio show and club night ‘In Flames’ which explores the distinctive and infinitely varied grooves of post-punk music. Grounded in the roots of rhythm, Ruby passionately shares her love for the dance through genre-defying DJ sets.
