La palabra "ANANDA" procede del sánscrito y significa felicidad, paz interior, plenitud...pero no basada en cosas o eventos materiales, sino que procede de nuestro interior, de nuestra propia evolución y cpmprensión de nosotros mismos y de la vida.

Al componer estos temas no he pretendido en ningún momento que por el hecho de escucharlos entres en un estado de "Ananda"

pero me sentiré satisfecho si consigues encontrar paz, armonía y sentimientos positivos.
