We are going through an ascension process which involves absorbing more higher frequencies of light in the physical and energy bodies. This may feel a challenging process but there is no reason to be concerned. An upgrade is happening. 
I know you are extremely resourceful. I ask for your help in this transmission space. I ask that you work cooperatively with the Higher Self. That together with your Higher Self and Angels of Light you allow a release of all negative energies absorbed from the 3D world. 
I ask for your help in grounding into the crystalline grid more deeply. I ask for your help in creating stronger energetic boundaries, ones that allow higher vibrations into your energetic space but ones that also repel lower vibrational energies that cause anxiety and stress. I ask for your help in dissolving cords with people and situations that contribute to feelings of anxiety and stress."
