He had a stomachache so he laid for a while on the couch and told me to start with it. At the end he couldn't stand up so I ended up recording this breaks mix by my own while he was agonizing on the couch. The transitions are not perfect, but I really like the energy!

"I recorded the mix live on 2 CDJS2000nx2 and a DJR400 mixer.  For this mix I wanted to incorporate a few different styles of house that I love, house that has funk, soul, jazz or disco elements. There are some classics, some new bits and some favourites of mine that I used to play on vinyl. I tried to build some energy as the mix progresses but always retain funk and groove elements that I love to play and listen too. Much love for having me, hope you enjoy x"
