Memories That Will Never Come Back

A track made using only pots and pans for Darkhawk during Audio Secret Santa 2020. I won third place! :)

The kick is a mixing bowl covered with a cloth. The rides and gongs are colanders. The hi hats are pot lids. Overall I think the track suffered from an inability to make any sustained melodic instruments like, oh I don't know, the "bass" in "drum and bass." Still, it was fun to experiment with recording my own drum samples, and the other participants seemed to like it. I may have to work frying pans into my workflow in the future!

As you all may know, I haven't been in a great place mentally lately. I've been stuck creatively and emotionally, and I've been struggling a lot in general.
