This is the Introduction to a rare EP Mike and I recorded before the official birth of Nix the Latter when we actually had a full band including a piano player, drummer and bass player. The EP was recorded and lost shortly thereafter up until an old friend recently rounded a copy up for me (Thanks Jessica W.!) the band was called, "Every Waking Moment".  Enjoy!

This also just so happens to be the first acoustic song Mike and I ever wrote together around 15 years ago. Before this song the only music we had ever written was for our Punkrock band at the time,"Viewers Like You"!

When I would play Mario Bros 3 as a child I always loved the melody that played when you spoke to the king both before and after you played the Bowser ship levels at the end of each world.  I re built the music from scratch, instead of sampling it, allowing for a bit more room to experiment with it which resulted in a pretty awesome beat.  Enjoy!
