A piece written for Live from the Vinyl Junkyard exhibition at the Bluecoat Arts Centre in Liverpool about 1996. An account of a visit to the flat of The Dealer who helped Cornford and Cross stage Power to the People, a vintage record fair held in an art gallery. The book and exhibition also included Jeremy Deller's Acid Brass and Philip Jeck's dansettes.

I always thought this would work better as spoken word, so here 'tis.
